Keystone STARS is an initiative of the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) to improve, support, and recognize the continuous quality improvement efforts of early learning programs in Pennsylvania.
The program provides childcare facilities with standards to be met in order to move to the next star level. There are four levels in the program star 1-4. Once a program has earned a star 4 they must continue to meet these standards in order to stay at this level. The website provides families with a tool to help search for Star facilities in their area and offers a helpful guide to choosing quality childcare.

In 2007, our facility joined the Keystone Stars program and in October of 2012 we were honored to receive the first Star 4 rating in Susquehanna County!
